FOR WORKING PROFESSIONALS 35–55 CARRYING WEIGHT, STRESS AND A REPORT THEY'RE AVOIDING
Not a diet chart you'll abandon by Thursday. Not a gym you'll quietly stop attending by week nine. Fifteen minutes a day, eating roti, rice, dal and the same sabzi your family already eats — with your last blood report open on the table beside us.
Before any of that, there's a free 30-minute call. Twelve exist this month. I'll spend it finding the three things in your week that are producing your numbers. You keep the map either way.
12 slots this month · 4 remaining · Booking confirmed only after the health form
Who This Call Is Built For
You're 35–55, desk job or running something, and your day hasn't had a real gap since 2019
Your doctor has already said "borderline" or circled a number, and you haven't forgotten it
You're already spending ₹2,000–5,000 a month on medicines without arguing, because it's health
You've joined a gym before. It lasted two months. You still get the renewal message
You have five to fifteen kilos on you, most of it around the middle
You have fifteen minutes a day. Not an hour. Not a 5AM alarm
You want someone to tell you to stop a medicine. That stays between you and your doctor
You want a diagnosis. This is a nutrition audit, not a medical opinion
You want a number promised in advance. Nobody honest will promise you that
You want a diet chart emailed to you. You have proof at home that doesn't work
You won't fill a 5-minute form. Then this isn't the month — no drama, just true
"Aapko knowledge ki kami nahi hai. Aapko system aur accountability ki kami hai."
You're not short of knowledge. You're short of a system — and short of one person who notices when you stop.
What's Really Going On
You manage a team, a household, a P&L — and this one thing you can't manage, and it's the only thing that makes you feel small.

The alarm was for 6:30. You got up at 7:45.
Not because you're lazy — because last night's sleep wasn't the sleep you needed. So the morning starts already behind: tea, two biscuits, tablets, out the door.

Eight hours. Some days ten. In the same chair.
The canteen or Swiggy, because there was no window to think about food. Then 3PM arrives and takes the floor out from under you.

You get home at nine with nothing left.
Dinner is late. Something at eleven, because you didn't really eat at lunch. And you scroll until 12:30 — the only twenty minutes that belong to you.
12 a month — not a marketing number, a calendar one. 4 already booked this month.
The Free 30-Minute Audit
What Actually Happens On This Call
One-to-one. Not a webinar, not a group, not a recording. Thirty minutes with me, personally.

1 · I read your report with you
Line by line, in plain language, until you can read it yourself. Interpretation stays with your doctor — I show you what the words describe.

2 · The routine audit
Your actual Tuesday — alarm, breakfast, canteen, 3PM, dinner, the 12:30 phone. I name the three things producing the numbers on the page.

3 · Your 90-day map
What changes in month one, two, three — written down live on the call. Yours whether or not you ever work with me.
Slot held for 24 hours. Confirmed only when the health form arrives.
Nutritionist. She reads the report your doctor already gave you — and then she reads your week.

Most people in this field will weigh you. She will weigh you too — and then ask for the blood report sitting in your email since your last check-up, and go through it line by line until you can read it yourself. Not to diagnose. To show you which parts of your ordinary week are producing the numbers on that page.
She does not sell a diet chart that replaces a person
She does not do "before and after" as a business model
She does not take more than twelve audits a month
She does not tell anyone to stop a medicine — not once in seven years
She does not promise you what your next report will say
In 2013 my father was scheduled for an angioplasty. He was forty-six. Before the date came, he lost fourteen kilos. His doctors saw him again and did not go ahead with the procedure.
I'm not going to tell you that losing weight cancels heart procedures that was his doctors' decision, on his body, with information I didn't have. What I will tell you is what it did to a sixteen-year-old girl watching it happen. I stopped thinking of food as food. I went and got a degree in it. I've been doing this for seven years since.
I'm younger than most of the people I coach. I know. And I've been reading these reports since I was old enough to be frightened by one.

And If You Decide To Go Further

Phase 1 · Reset · Weeks 1–2
Your starting numbers, locked in
The same roti, rice, dal and sabzi you already eat — restructured for portion, timing and combination.
Result: the damage stops, and nobody takes your food away.

Phase 2 · Rebuild · Weeks 3–8
The fifteen-minute daily protocol
No gym, no equipment. A habit tracker reviewed with a real person, every week.
Result: energy and sleep come back first — usually around day 14.

Phase 3 · Reclaim · Weeks 9–13
Day 90 — you retest with your own doctor
Whatever it says, we read it together. Then the maintenance protocol — how to hold this without me.
Result: you leave. My job isn't to make you dependent on me.
A simple health system for people who have jobs, families, deadlines… and very little patience for complicated diets.
There isn't one. Roughly three people out of twelve decide to work with me afterwards — that's a better use of six hours than any ad I could write. The other nine get a real 90-day map and three files, and I never hear from them again. That's completely fine.
No. In the last five minutes I'll tell you what the 90-day program is and what it costs — once. If you say no, the map and the files are still yours.
That's why it's fifteen minutes a day, not an hour, and there's no gym in it. You're already spending time eating — I only change when, how much and in what combination.
Those were diets — twenty-one days, then they stop. This is a system built out of food you're already eating, with someone who notices when you stop.
"Main aapko khana band karne nahi bolungi." Roti, rice, dal, sabzi, the biryani at the wedding. What changes is timing, portion and combination — not the food itself.
You're exactly who this is built for. Nothing here touches your medicines — that stays between you and your doctor, for all ninety days.
I'm younger than most of the people I coach, and I'd rather say it than have you wonder. Ask me anything about it on the call — I've never once been annoyed by that question.
Twelve A Month, On Purpose
So Here's What I Want You To Decide, Honestly
I'd rather have nine of the right people than twelve of anybody.
Don't take a slot if —
You're not going to fill the form
You want a diagnosis or a second opinion on treatment
You want somebody to promise you a number
You're hoping to be told there's a shortcut
You're booking because it was free, not because you mean it
Take a slot if —
Something in your last report moved and you haven't acted yet
You've tried the gym and the chart and you're out of ideas, not out of will
You can find five minutes tonight and thirty next week
You're ready to hear your three things aren't the ones you feel guilty about

"Aap sirf 30 minute de rahe ho. Agar call ke baad aapko lage ki isse aapko ek bhi kaam ki cheez nahi mili — toh bata dena, aur teeno bonuses phir bhi aapke paas rahenge."
You're giving me thirty minutes, that's all. If you don't get one useful thing out of it, tell me — all three files are still yours.
Twelve Audits This Month
I coach people for ninety days at a time, one-to-one, with a weekly call each. What's left over is about twelve slots a month for these audits.
SLOTS REMAINING THIS MONTH: 4 of 12
Thirty minutes. One-to-one, with me. Free. Three tools are yours to keep whether or not we ever work together.
P.S. — You've been given advice before. A diet chart followed for three days. A gym membership that ran two months. None of those failed from a lack of information or willpower they were designed for a week that isn't your week. Thirty minutes on this call and you'll have seen your own week on paper, with the three places it's working against you circled.
P.P.S. — About the report: I won't promise you what it will say in ninety days. Nobody honest can. What I will do is read the one you have now, together, in plain language — and on day 90, we read the new one together too.
